Oral presentations are 15 minutes long with 5 minutes for discussion. Invited presentations are 30 minutes with 10 minutes of discussion.

 

Presentations should be in Microsoft Powerpoint (.ppt or. pptx) or PDF format. If you have movies or animations, please get in touch with the conference team for advice.

 

Presentations should be uploaded to the Indico system at CERN. prior to the conference.

 

To upload a presentation to the Indico system:

 

Login into indico using the account and password you used to submit the abstract.

From the menu of the left hand side select ‘My Contributions’ – this will bring up a list of all contributions you have submission rights for.

Select the link marked ‘Edit’ to the right of contribution you wish to upload slides for.

When the summary of your contribution appears, select the tab marked ‘Material’ and from the ‘Existing Material’ pageselect the ‘Add Material’ link.

You should then get an ‘Upload Material’ dialog box, use the ‘Browse’ button to locate Powerpoint or PDF file on your computer and select ‘Create Resource’ to upload the file to the indico system.
